All quotations provided by Qenaci are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices quoted are based on the specifications and measurements provided at the time of consultation. Any changes to the design, materials, or dimensions may result in price adjustments.
An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods. All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Late payments may incur additional charges and could delay project commencement or completion.
Standard production time is 3-6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on project complexity and current workload. Installation will be scheduled upon manufacturing completion and subject to mutual agreement. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as material shortages, weather conditions, or access issues.

Qenaci provides a comprehensive warranty on all manufactured wardrobes covering manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Hardware components may carry separate manufacturer warranties.
Customers may cancel orders within 14 days of order confirmation with a full refund of the deposit, provided manufacturing has not commenced. Once manufacturing begins, cancellations will incur a charge covering materials purchased and work completed. Custom-made products cannot be refunded once manufacturing is complete.
Qenaci shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All designs, drawings, and specifications created by Qenaci remain our intellectual property. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose other than the approved project without our written consent.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Customer information is used solely for order processing, service delivery, and communication purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill our services.
Qenaci reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
